Using a blend of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness. I help clients address a wide range of concerns such as life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, burnout, and trauma.
